What happens when I don't want the smartphone anymore?
At Home Choice, you're welcome to return your smartphone and freeze your payments at any time**. Then, you have the option of picking up where you left off later on, without losing what you already paid in**. Does Home Choice offer used or refurbished smartphones at a discounted price?
Yes, Home Choice stores carry Certified Pre-Owned smartphones for a lower price than new devices. Selection will vary by location, so please contact or visit your local Home Choice store to see what Certified Pre-Owned smartphones they have available.

What talk/text/data plans and carriers do you offer?
We offer multiple plans from a variety of service providers including NET10 Wireless and SIMPLE Mobile. All plans come with unlimited talk and text, and you can choose to add data or international services to fit your needs*^†. What are the differences among the plans that you offer?

How fast are the data plans that Home Choice offers?

How do I sign up for a plan?

Do I have to sign a contract to get the advertised rate for a talk/text/data plan?
Home Choice offers pre-paid talk/text/data plans that do not require a contract. For more information, visit your local Home Choice store.
What if I already have a smartphone, but need a plan?
If you already have a smartphone you'd like to use, just visit the Compare Plans page to view features, coverage and monthly prices of our available talk, text and data plans. Or, visit your local store and they'll help you choose the plan that's right for you.
What if I have a plan, but need a smartphone?
It is not necessary to purchase a talk, text and data plan from Home Choice to rent a smartphone. In fact, in most cases, you can rent a smartphone, connect it to your existing plan, and you're good to go. Visit our Use Your Own Plan page for a list of compatible carriers.
Will my existing plan work on a Home Choice smartphone?
In most cases, yes. Visit our Use Your Own Plan page for a list of carriers that are compatible with the smartphone you rent from GIN.
Can I refill my existing plan?
You can purchase additional airtime to your talk/text/data plan at any Home Choice store, either in person or by phone. Find your local store here.
Can I buy or refill airtime somewhere other than Home Choice
If it's more convenient for you, you're welcome to buy additional airtime somewhere other than GIN. Please contact your specific provider for a list of all the stores that sell airtime for their service.
