For layaway, all you need is a place to live, a source of income, a single reference and proof of ID ($25 restocking fee applies if layaway is canceled). “6 Months Same As Cash” valid on items with a retail value between $1,250 and $1,749.99 and are valid only on new contracts; period ends 184 days after start of the new contract. For Same As Cash options, interest begins to accrue on date contract is signed. You must make your regularly scheduled payments, including interest. If the total amount of principal and interest you pay during the Same As Cash period equals the Total Balance Due to Seller, as defined in the contract, then all interest paid will be applied to the principal amount of the loan. If payments made do not equal the Total Balance Due within the Same As Cash period, payments will be applied first to accrued interest with any remainder applied to the principal balance.
